Manistee Area Fishing Report

Hey John it’s Brady Stasa.
The early spring has fish spread out both up and down the Big Manistee river. There are a mix of pre and post spawn fish. Fishing around gravel with 8-10mm beads or spawn has been productive. Water fluctuates between 41-43 degrees depending on the day. I’d say we have another 1-2 weeks of decent fishing. It’s going to wind down early with no ice / snow pack in northern Michigan.
