Great Lakes Bay Region Fishing Report

Saginaw Bay fishing report 12/10/24. Walleye fishing is still lights out! There are lots of big fish in many areas. Water is right at the freezing point. Slow speed and big baits are the deal right now. Bandits, P10s, Madeye 120, and Deep Husky Jerks are all catching fish. Boat speed has dropped down to 1.0 to 1.4. The water temp is 34°. Best depths 10 to 17 feet of water. Offshore planer boards have been working overtime on these big fish. Looks like some cold days and warm-ups the next couple of weeks. I am still running trips until the boat ramps freeze up.
