Sault Ste Marie Area Fishing Report

9-7-20 Sault Sainte Marie fishing report. Fishing in the Sault is on , Pinks Chinooks, Atlantics , walleyes and Pike are waiting. The Salmon are concentrating around the power plant. Trolling J Plugs,Spoons in colors with chrome are taking fish out in the deeper water.The Pinks are hitting Swedish Pimples,K O wobbles Little Cleos and other small spoons. Chrome with assorted colors seem to working.
Walleyes and Pike still seem to be on the channel edges and shelfs.Crawler harnesses for walleyes and spoons and crank baits for the pike.The bite should only get better as we get into fall.
