Houghton Lake Fishing Report

1-3-22 Houghton Lake Catching good #’s of slab size crappie on the north east side of Houghton lake using Ficious jigs with both perch minnows and also doing will with Badazz baits with Ficious jigs as well….a good 5” of ice with snowmobiles just starting to venture out…best times are the early morning or evening bites. We did the best in 10 to 12 feet of water and also fish around weeds but not directly in them. Hey thanks to Kevin Dwyer for an awesome guest report for this week.
