Lorain to Cleveland Area Fishing Report

Hi this is Captain Jason from Loaded Rod Charters.
Lake Erie Walleye are on Fire! We have been fishing several areas this week Huron area, and Lorain area seem have the most action, and you can catch good quality fish within 5 miles of the boat ramp.
Bandits have been our best producer, golds and oranges and whites.
There are actually two different bites going on, the upper bite is 55’-85’ foot leads and the lower bite is 50’ of line then add a 2oz snap weight, and then let out for a total of 100-130’ before attaching the planet board.
Speeds are varying a bit from 1.7 to 2.1 mph.
We have also had great success I varying or speed.
In all honest I’ve had to stop and net 12 walleye in the time it to type up this report. The bite is that amazing! I’m in huron on a charter right now.
