Grilled Garlic Herb Walleye w/ zucchini & squash , and pan fried

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp - garlic herb seasoning
  • 2 tsp - olive oil
  • 1 - zucchini halved (6 minutes on each side med/high heat)
  • 1 - squash halved (6 minutes on each side med/high heat)
  • 2 - redskin potatoes
  • 8 oz. - Walleye ( grill on med/high 3-5 min per side ) clean and oil grill before putting fish on.

Directions:

prep for redskins- cook in microwave for 3 min then let rest for 5 minutes. quarter the potatoes and place in a small bowl. put 1 Tbl butter in a small skillet melt butter on med/high then add potatoes and season with 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
