Blackened Walleye w/ green beans and cheesy potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp - olive oil
  • 2 tsp - blackening seasoning
  • 8 oz. - green beans (12 minutes to cook)
  • 8 oz. - walleye (3-5 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the filet)
  • - prepare on grill between med/high ( always preheat grill )
  • - clean and spray oil grill before putting fish on.
  • Cheesy Potato recipe
  • 1 - 28 oz bag Oreida frozen Obrien Potatoes (no need to thaw)
  • 1/2 lb - cubed velveeta
  • 1 cup - mayo
  • 1 lb - diced bacon (half cooked)
  • - place in a 9x13 greased glass pan
  • - bake at 325 1 hour
  • prep- mix potatoes, velveeta and mayo in mixing bowl pour into your greased glass pan and top with bacon
