St Clair Shores Area Fishing Report

Hey John this is Tackle box Joey,
I’ve been out on the ice a lot recently and have been getting into some good perch. I would recommend depths between 6’-8’, find the weeds or weed edges because that is where the larger perch like to roam. The best baits have been micro size rippin raps, red bead spoons and of course minnows. The key is to move around a lot and get out there early. I’ve been fishing both metro beach and selfrage following these same patterns.
