12-9-24 Oscoda area Fishing report
First snow of the season is on the ground and the steelhead bite is heating up. Fresh fish have been moving into the lower AuSable River. Targeting the deep holes floating bobbers with spawn, casting spinners and pulling plugs are producing nice catches. Several Atlantic salmon are in the system and can be caught using the same techniques. The walleye bite has slowed down around the River mouth due to the recent weather/wind.
