Saint Ignace Michigan Area Fishing Report

Well the fishing out of Saint Ignace was absolutely fantastic this past week. A variety of fish were hitting but the Lakers were on fire. We fished between 85 and 115 feet around both lighthouse point and Lafayette point on the east side of Bois Blanc. We also ran up to Saint Martin Bay and had 10 hits on kings but had a really bad day landing them, with only one fish into the boat. Dreamweaver spin doctors with flies and meat rigs were the ticket and blues and greens, we also caught some really nice fish on spoons and divers. But the kings are definitely there and should be for the rest of the season. Get up to Saint Ignace and then Enjoy the awesome eastern upper peninsula.
